- Offer is nonrefundable and non-cancellable
- Reservation has to be guaranteed within 48 hrs of getting confirmation , incase of non receipt of payments the reservation shall be auto released .
- No name change is allowed
- Date change is allowed 14 days prior to check in.
- In case of a sold out / city event/ auspicious date, the hotel reserves the right to relocate the guests to a similar hotel, with prior intimation.
- Black out period between 23rd Dec till 3rd Jan shall be applicable at Aurika Udaipur and Lemon Tree Amarante
