Some of these are essential travel destinations for Indian travelers, and the government is ensuring guidelines to make travel from these places safer without a halt. If you’re looking to get a RT-PCR (Reverse Transcriptase Polymerase Chain Reaction) test in Bangkok, there are several options available to you. RT-PCR tests are used to detect the presence of the COVID-19 virus in a person’s respiratory sample and are generally considered the most accurate method for diagnosing the disease.
One option for getting a RT-PCR test is Bang Pho General Hospital, located at 95 Pracha Rat Sai 2 Rd, Bang Sue. The hospital is open from 08:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 15:00 from Monday to Friday, and from 08:00 to 20:00 on Saturdays and Sundays.
Another option is Bangkok Hospital, located at 2 Soi Phetchaburi 47 Yaek 10, Bang Kapi, Huai Khwang. The hospital is open from 07:00 to 17:00 every day of the week.
Hospital Bangpakok 9 International is another option, located at 362 Rama 2 Rd, Samae Dam, Bang Khun Thian. The hospital is open from 08:00 to 18:00 every day of the week.
For those in the Ramkhamhaeng area, Kasemrad Hospital – Ramkhamhaeng, located at Ramkhamhaeng Rd Saphan Sung, Bangkok 10240, is open from 08:00 to 16:00 every day of the week. PCR Ramkhamhaeng Hospital, located at 436 Ramkhamhaeng Rd, Hua Mak, Bang Kapi District, is open from 08:00 to 20:00 from Monday to Sunday.
Thai Travel Clinic also has two locations in Bangkok that offer RT-PCR tests. The first location is at 420/6 Rajvithi Rd, RajthewiBangkok 10400, and is open from 10:00 to 14:00 from Monday to Friday and from 09:00 to 11:00 on Saturdays. The second location is at 1 Soi Lat Phrao 111, Khlong Chan, Bang Kapi District, and has the same working hours as the first location.
Finally, Vejthani Hospital Airport Office, located near Gate 10 in the Arrival Hall of Suvarnabhumi Airport, is open from 06:30 to 22:30 every day of the week.
